Nous recherchons un(e) Controleur(euse) de gestion - Unite d'affaires manufacturiere (MBU)


Le/la Controleur(euse) - MBU supervise les operations financieres et les professionnels de la finance au sein de l'unite d'affaires manufacturiere. Ce role supervise la collecte et l'analyse de l'information financiere, assure le suivi de la production des rapports mensuels, trimestriels et annuels, et veille a ce que l'information financiere soit enregistree avec exactitude. Il/elle analyse et interprete les donnees financieres ainsi que les indicateurs de performance operationnels afin de conseiller et d'appuyer la prise de decision strategique, veille au respect des politiques financieres organisationnelles et reglementaires, et met en uvre des outils de modelisation financiere permettant de mesurer la rentabilite des projets et de l'usine et d'evaluer l'incidence de divers scenarios economiques.


Ce que tu feras :
Gestion des stocks
Etablir et documenter les procedures de gestion des stocks, en etroite collaboration avec l'equipe des achats
Piloter le controle et l'analyse mensuels des stocks : valorisation, mouvements, articles a rotation lente et analyse des ecarts
Coordonner l'inventaire physique annuel ainsi que les denombrements cycliques
Cout de revient des produits
Reviser periodiquement les couts standards et effectuer mensuellement le calcul du cout de revient reel ainsi que l'analyse des ecarts
Ameliorer les systemes et les processus utilises pour l'etablissement du cout de revient
Partenariat d'affaires
Appuyer le directeur d'usine dans l'elaboration et la mise en uvre des plans d'action de performance et des indicateurs cles (KPI)
Participer aux initiatives de reduction des couts et en assurer le suivi
Elaborer les demandes d'investissement (CAPEX) et les analyses de rentabilisation
Agir a titre de partenaire d'affaires aupres des departements de fabrication : fournir de l'information, conseiller, reperer les occasions d'amelioration de la rentabilite et repondre aux demandes
Reporting et analyse financiere
Preparer les rapports periodiques du site, incluant l'information financiere et les tableaux de bord
Appuyer l'analyse financiere de l'etat des resultats complet de l'unite d'affaires manufacturiere
Collaborer avec le directeur general de l'unite d'affaires manufacturiere a l'elaboration du budget annuel et des previsions
Appuyer les demandes liees a l'audit annuel
Appuyer et assister le processus de cloture mensuelle ainsi que la planification et l'analyse financieres (FP&A) de l'unite d'affaires manufacturiere
Assumer toute autre tache confiee par le chef de la direction financiere du Groupe
Responsabilites en matiere de gestion du personnel
Recrutement : recruter, selectionner et integrer des talents pour repondre aux besoins de l'equipe
Decisions salariales : apporter son avis sur les recommandations et les ajustements en matiere de remuneration
Formation et developpement des competences : veiller a ce que les membres de l'equipe aient acces a des opportunites d'apprentissage et d'evolution
Evaluation des performances : fixer des objectifs, mener des entretiens reguliers et fournir un retour d'information continu
Supervision : fournir des orientations et un soutien au quotidien aux subordonnes directs
Budget : contribuer a la planification budgetaire du service et gerer les depenses liees a l'equipe

Experience
8 ans d'experience en finance dans un environnement manufacturier, a titre de collaborateur autonome
Connaissance approfondie du domaine fonctionnel de la finance et des processus du service
Experience en gestion des stocks, en cout de revient standard et en analyse des ecarts

We are looking for an MBU Controller


The MBU Controller supervises finance operations and finance professionals within the Manufacturing Business Unit. This role oversees the collection and analysis of financial information, monitors the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately. The MBU Controller reviews and interprets financial data and operational KPIs to advise and support strategic decision-making, ensures compliance with organizational and regulatory financial policies, and implements financial modeling tools to measure project and plant profitability and to assess the impact of various economic scenarios.


What You'll Do:
Inventory Management
Create and document procedures for inventory management in close collaboration with the Purchasing team
Drive monthly inventory control and analysis: valuation, movements, slow-moving items, and variance analysis
Coordinate the yearly physical inventory and cycle counts
Product Costing
Periodically review standard costs and perform monthly actual product costing and variance analysis
Improve the systems and processes used for product costing
Business Partnering
Support the Plant Manager in building and implementing performance action plans and KPIs
Participate in and track cost savings initiatives
Develop Capex and business cases
Act as a business partner for manufacturing departments: provide information, advise, identify profit improvement opportunities, and support requests
Reporting and Financial Analysis
Prepare periodic site reporting, including financial information and dashboards
Support financial analysis of the Manufacturing Business Unit full P&L
Collaborate with the Manufacturing Business Unit General Manager to develop the annual budget and forecasts
Support yearly audit requests
Support and assist in month-end reporting and Financial Planning and Analysis for the Manufacturing Business Unit
Undertake other duties as assigned by the Group Chief Financial Officer
