Job description

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Vice-président(e) Finances stratégique et axé(e) sur les résultats pour se joindre à notre équipe de direction. Le ou la titulaire du poste assurera le leadership financier à l’échelle de l’entreprise, notamment en matière de structure du capital, de stratégie financière, de gestion des risques et de création de valeur à long terme dans un environnement international.

Ce rôle clé collabore étroitement avec le CEO, le Président, le CAO et le Conseil d’administration afin de définir la stratégie corporative et de soutenir une croissance durable.

Principales responsabilités
  • Agir à titre de conseiller stratégique auprès du CEO, du Président, du CAO et du Conseil d’administration
  • Diriger la planification financière globale et les initiatives de création de valeur
  • Élaborer et gérer la stratégie de structure du capital, la liquidité et l’endettement
  • Superviser la consolidation financière, la gouvernance et les contrôles financiers
  • Piloter les décisions d’allocation du capital, incluant les investissements stratégiques, les immobilisations et les fusions et acquisitions
  • Mettre en place et superviser les cadres de gestion des risques et de gouvernance
  • Développer la stratégie fiscale globale et assurer la conformité réglementaire
  • Gérer les communications financières avec les prêteurs, investisseurs et le Conseil (au besoin)
  • Bâtir et diriger une organisation finance performante à l’échelle mondiale
Indicateurs de succès
  • Croissance démontrée de l’EBITDA et création de valeur mesurable
  • Structure financière optimisée et bilan solide
  • Rapports stratégiques clairs et fiables au Conseil d’administration
  • Réalisation réussie d’investissements stratégiques et d’initiatives de M&A
  • Cadres solides de conformité, gouvernance et gestion des risques
Profil recherché
  • Titre de CPA ou équivalent requis (MBA un atout)
  • Plus de 20 ans d’expérience progressive en leadership financier
  • Expérience préalable à titre de VP Finances ou VP Finances divisionnel souhaitée
  • Expérience dans des organisations mondiales multi-entités
  • Expertise en marchés financiers, structuration de la dette et relations bancaires
  • Expérience en environnement manufacturier, industriel ou entreprises privées (souhaitée)
  • Excellentes habiletés de communication et présence exécutive
  • Bilinguisme français / anglais requis (communication quotidien en anglais avec CEO, CAO et Président. Supervision d'employé directe basé aux Etat-Unis. )
