Office Clerk Requirements

  • Previous office, administrative, or data entry experience preferred
  • Strong computer and data entry skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain electronic records
  • Update Purchase Instructions (PIs) and other information within company systems
  • Maintain supplier contract review files and supplier quality reject files
  • Prepare and type quotes for the costing department
  • Make updates and revisions to general specifications (G/S) documents
  • Organize and maintain office files and documentation
  • Assist with administrative support for multiple departments
  • Maintain confidentiality of company records and information
  • Follow company procedures while ensuring accuracy and efficiency
