Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)

Pay Range:

$42-$48/hour


Job Description:

For the 26/27 SY| $42-$48/hour | Full-Time | Indianapolis, IN | Holds a current BCaBA CertificationAbout the Role:As a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) in a school setting, you will support the assessment and treatment of students with behavioral and developmental needs under the supervision of a BCBA. You will assist with implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs), collect and analyze behavioral data, provide direct behavioral support, and collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to promote positive student outcomes. You will also help monitor student progress, make data-informed recommendations, and support the consistent implementation of evidence-based behavioral strategies across the school environment.Why Join Us:

What You'll Do:
  • Utilizing relevant assessment tools to conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
  • Develop positive behavior plans and support the classroom staff to ensureimplementationCollect,analyze and graph behavioral data
  • Consult and collaborate with the school teams
  • Supervise RBTs if applicable
Qualifications:
  • Active BCaBA certification(Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst)
  • Bachelor's degreefrom an accredited institution
  • Experience completing FBAs and Behavior Support Plans
  • Experience in an educational setting (Preferred)
  • DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance, as applicable by state
