The Role

We're hiring an Assistant Fashion Designer to join the Mine design team. This is a hands-on, production-heavy role that supports every stage of the design and development process - from trend research and concept sketching to fittings and photoshoot prep. The work is deadline-driven and detail-oriented, and it's what keeps our calendar on track and our product sharp.

What You'll Do

  • Research seasonal trends, colors, and fabrics aligned with the Mine brand aesthetic
  • Create and revise flat sketches, colorways, and CADs
  • Build and maintain organized tech packs for sampling and production
  • Support sample tracking, fit sessions, and communicate updates to the factory
  • Help prep for campaign photoshoots - steaming, organizing garments, and assisting on set
  • Enter and update style data in NetSuite and maintain internal style records
