Job Title: Content Marketing Specialist Overview

We are looking for an in office (remote work is not an option for this role) Content Marketing Specialist to support and grow our content efforts across social media and email marketing. This role will focus primarily on social media content creation and management early on, with a clear path to take on more ownership in email marketing and campaign strategy over time.

This is a great fit for someone who enjoys creating content, understands how to engage an audience, and wants to grow into a more advanced digital marketing role.

Responsibilities

Social Media (Primary Focus to Start)

● Create, schedule, and manage content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok

● Write captions that match each client’s brand voice and drive engagement

● Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute monthly content calendars

● Monitor performance and adjust content based on engagement and trends

● Stay on top of platform trends and identify opportunities to improve reach and visibility

Content Creation

● Develop graphics, short-form videos, and written content for marketing campaigns

● Repurpose content across multiple channels to maximize impact
