Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to the CEO

Employer: HR MGMT 10, LLC

Reports To: Chief Executive Officer


Position Summary

HR MGMT 10, LLC is an Employer of Record providing workforce support services to partnered brands operating in regulated and consumer product industries. The Personal Assistant to the CEO is responsible for managing the CEO’s personal scheduling, household operations, travel, and day to day logistics with precision, discretion, and proactive execution.This role exists to create structure, ease, and preparedness outside of corporate responsibilities. The Personal Assistant operates in a high trust environment and works closely with the CEO to ensure personal priorities are handled seamlessly, allowing the CEO to remain focused, supported, and fully prepared.


Core Responsibilities

1. Personal Scheduling & Preparation

  • Manage the CEO’s personal calendar, appointments, and non work commitments
  • Prepare the CEO for meetings, events, and personal obligations by organizing reminders, materials, attire, and timing
  • Coordinate personal and leisure travel including flights, accommodations, transportation, and detailed itineraries
  • Track personal deadlines, RSVPs, renewals, and follow ups

2. Household & Lifestyle Management

  • Oversee household organization and daily logistics
  • Coordinate laundry, dry cleaning, wardrobe organization, and seasonal rotations
  • Schedule and manage household services including cleaners, maintenance providers, vendors, deliveries, and repairs
  • Support home organization projects to maintain an efficient and polished living environment
  • Assist with errands, personal shopping, returns, gifting, and special requests

3. Organization, Systems & Discretion

  • Build and maintain systems for household operations, personal documents, and daily routines
  • Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all personal, family, and lifestyle matters
  • Operate with sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism at all times


Qualifications Required

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Household Manager, or similar role supporting a senior leader or high profile individual
  • Exceptional organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities
  • Strong judgment, discretion, and reliability
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfort working closely with a CEO in a high trust, personal support capacity
  • Tech comfortable with calendars, scheduling tools, travel platforms, and task management applications

  • Experience supporting executives with complex personal schedules and household operations

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Pay Range: $100,000 to $130,000 per year
  • Placement within the range is based on experience, scope of responsibility, and demonstrated ability to operate independently in a high trust environment.
  • Eligible employees may also receive:
  • Access to company sponsored benefits in accordance with HR MGMT 10, LLC plans and eligibility requirements
  • Overtime paid in accordance with California law

  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use hands for extended periods
