We are currently seeking a full-time Plumbing Excavator Operator in the Dayton, OH area to join our team. In this role, you excavate sewer and drain lines and assist our plumbing team as they complete repairs and replacements. This position works Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, so you never work nights or weekends! The earning potential is great! Spartan technicians earn commission based on completed jobs and performance, backed by a guaranteed hourly base. Our techs typically earn $80,000-$100,000 per year, with top performers exceeding $130,000+.
