Full Time:
0-1 years of experience eligible for $2,000
1+ years of experience eligible for $4,000
Part time:
0-1 years of experience eligible for $1,250
1+ years of experience eligible for $2,500
Eligible candidates are hired into a Full or Part-time CNA position. Bonus amount prorated for Part-time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.

Summary:
The Certified Nursing Assistant II role assists in the administration of nursing care to designated patients under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. Performs a variety of direct and indirect care duties.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
  1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred
  2. License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Certified (CNA) or Licensed (LNA) Nursing Assistant required. Current BLS certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
  3. Experience: At least six months of CNA/LNA experience required. Demonstrates competency in all essential functions, clinical competencies and clinical knowledge of a Certified Nursing Assistant I.

The pay range for this position is $20.68 to $25.10 per hour.
