OVERVIEW
A growing property management company is seeking an organized and customer-focused Assistant Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of approximately 100 rental properties throughout Palm Beach County. The portfolio includes single-family homes, townhomes, and condominiums.
This is an in-office position that offers hands-on exposure to all aspects of residential property management, including tenant relations, owner communication, lease renewals, and maintenance coordination.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Assist with the daily management of a portfolio of single-family homes, townhomes, and condominiums
Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with vendors, tenants, and property owners
Manage lease renewals and support resident retention efforts
Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants and property owners
Respond to phone calls, emails, and resident inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and lease administration
Maintain accurate property records and documentation
Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure work is completed properly and on schedule
Support property inspections and follow-up activities as needed
Assist with general office and administrative functions related to property management
