Position Overview:

As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office operations. This is an in-office role. You will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing various office duties, and assisting with various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform general office duties, including answering phones, managing email correspondence.

· Assist with organizing and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems.

· Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as necessary.

· Manage Microsoft 365 accounts, including user administration, email management, and document sharing.

· Create and edit documents, presentations, and graphics using Adobe software.

· Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· 1-2 years of experience in an office administrative role.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
