Scentsy is looking for a Country Manager, Mexico to manage various regional strategic sales, marketing, and training projects in order to support Scentsy's international growth. In addition, the Country Manager interfaces directly with Scentsy Consultants to ensure that key touchpoints are given specific focus and management throughout the Consultant lifecycle.


What You'll Do:

  • Identify, strategize, plan, execute, and manage clear and concise execution of strategies for potential growth opportunities while establishing a system to monitor and report on developments of the specific opportunities. Including holistic regional Go-To-Market (GTM) plan for new programs to increase sales, recruiting, customer engagement, and customer brand advocacy
  • Comprehensively review weekly and monthly analytics of sales, recruiting, and retention to understand where the opportunities are
  • Ensure strategies align with overarching business and marketing objectives, developed by Emerging Marketing Strategy, regarding: Consultant and consumer personas; market opportunities; purchasing processes; brand attributes and values; and differentiated product and program positioning
  • Partner with the Integrated Marketing, Social Media, and Sales Training teams to align on strategy, priority, planning, and approach, ensuring the identity of campaigns, content, and programs that can be leveraged into the Mexico market and potential for the wider region 
  • Prepare presentations on inorganic growth initiatives and strategic development to provide leadership with a base for evaluation and decision-making
  • Increase Consultant and customer commitment to the Scentsy brand by utilizing all touchpoint tools available within the corporate structure (i.e. communication tools, customer service resources, event activities, technology resources, etc.) 
  • Drive Consultant engagement activities by developing and delivering audience-appropriate training content for Scentsy Consultants via training calls, leadership meetings, regional meetings and events, and national conventions 
  • Provide training and coaching to Consultants leveraging existing sales programs and tools, customizing them for the market
  • Coordinate and execute strategies for Consultant retention in assigned market
  • Develop presentations, strategies, or specific topics/opportunities for internal and external audiences
  • Manage and/or conduct targeted research and special studies/analyses including target identification and profiling, development of strategic rationale, preliminary valuation, and synergies estimates
  • Collaborate with Marketing Technology team to actively seek out new and unique solutions to promote Scentsy products and business opportunities
  • May assist with translation work for Spanish translation of sales, marketing, and training materials under the direction of the Translation team
  • May update and manage training documents in the Learning Management System and Consultant led training events.
  • May assist with marketing of programs and events under the direction of the Marketing team.
  • Perform all other assigned tasks and requirements as needed

We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of training experience preferably in the direct selling industry
  • Proven research skills using external and internal sources
  • Demonstrated presentation, writing, and editing skills
  • Strong understanding of Scentsy ethos and culture 
  • Strong understanding of the Direct Selling Industry (comp plans, policies, procedures)
  • Strong project and program management fundamentals
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team member
  • Ability to gain buy-in from key stakeholders through communication, organization, transparency, and a collaborative and positive approach
  • Ability to work with key stakeholders to provide influence and drive projects
  • Ability to work effectively with resources from all areas of the business
