Assistant Dispatchers are professionals who support dispatch operations in fields like transportation, emergency services, or logistics. They help coordinate the movement of vehicles, personnel, or goods, communicate with drivers or field staff, and relay critical information to ensure efficient operations. Their duties often include data entry, scheduling, and responding to routine inquiries, which helps keep the dispatch process organized and running smoothly. Assistant Dispatchers typically work under the supervision of a lead dispatcher and contribute to the overall safety and reliability of the service.
