Service Coordinator Trainee – Cleveland, OH

Want to build a career in the truck service industry without starting as a technician?

We are looking for a sharp, organized, mechanically curious Service Coordinator Trainee to join a growing specialty and municipal truck dealership in Cleveland. You'll train directly alongside an experienced Service Coordinator and learn how to keep a busy service department running smoothly.

You'll gain hands-on experience with technician dispatch, repair scheduling, customer communication, work orders, parts coordination, field service, and dealership ERP systems while learning the ins and outs of municipal truck repair.
