As a Part-Time Assistant Teacher: Floater & Break Coverage, you'll help create a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment where children
ages 1 month through 7 years can learn, grow, and thrive. Working under the guidance of EEC Certified Teachers, you'll support classrooms throughout the center by stepping in wherever you're needed most, ensuring every child receives exceptional care and every classroom has the support it needs.


Each day offers something new as you work with children of different ages, build relationships with families and educators, and become a familiar, trusted presence throughout our school. Whether you're comforting an infant, reading stories to toddlers, or encouraging preschoolers' curiosity through play, your kindness, flexibility, and positive attitude help make Discovery Village a place where children love to learn.
