Job description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Assist with inventory related tasks as directed.
  • Work directly with drivers.
  • Verify all incoming shipments according to purchase orders and bill of ladings.
  • Complete necessary paperwork for shipping or receiving as directed.
  • Communicate and perform all shipping, receiving, inventory requests from purchasing, scheduling, and customer service.
  • Operate forklift for loading and unloading trucks and other duties as assigned.
  • Operate company fleet as instructed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Strategic planning for the growth and success of McDonald Plastic Molding.
  • Participate in-group and individual training.
  • Perform all duties in a safe manner while supporting and encouraging the company's safety culture.
  • Determine personal strengths and delegate workload that best fits each individual.
  • Maintain a clean, organized and safe working environment.
  • Perform all job duties with a positive, collaborative, and encouraging attitude.

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Education and three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
