Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented HR Assistant to support our fast growing organization. This role provides operational support across HR functions including onboarding coordination, employee support, HRIS assistance, and employee recognition programs.
Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to HR inbox inquiries
  • Coordinate onboarding tasks and pre employment requirements
  • Assist with employee offboarding and internal transfers
  • Provide basic support for HRIS questions and requests
  • Maintain employee records and audit files for compliance
  • Assist with employee recognition programs and internal communications
  • Update employee announcements including birthdays, anniversaries, and Employee of the Month
Qualifications
  • 1+ year of administrative, HR, or office support experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and strong attention to detail
  • Experience with HR systems or HRIS preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Experience in healthcare or multi location organizations preferred
Location and Hours:
  • In Office: Maitland, FL
  • Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM- 5:00 PM
