Monday through Friday 1:45pm - 6:15 pm, 11:45am - 6:15pm on Broward School Early Release day and 8:45am - 5:15pm on Broward School Employee Planning Days
Location- Bright Horizons School in Deerfield Beach
Pay Rate: $17.00/hr

As an Administrative Assistant, you will have the opportunity to represent our amazing team and be the first person to welcome our students and their families when they arrive each day! You'll get the chance to support the team and be part of providing exceptional services to students with special needs and their families. You'll be assisting us to gather and analyze critical information for the community to identify needs and gaps in services for this vulnerable population.

About the Role: Administrative Assistant
• Provide a fabulous first impression and warm welcome to our visitors/guests and families.
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests, children, and families.
• Perform clerical services including recording student sign in/out and attendance; data entry; records management; creating and maintaining spreadsheets; typing; filing; photocopying; ordering office supplies; and maintaining office equipment.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma
• 1-3 years of experience required
• Computer skills including typing and data entry
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
