Main Activities and Responsibilities
Reporting organizationally to the Commercial Rights Delivery Headquarter (HQ) Team, the Commercial Rights Delivery Coordinator will play a key role in delivering the successful operational implementation and fulfilment of FIFA Commercial Partners' World Cup contractual rights and obligations.
Main responsibilities of the Commercial Rights Delivery Coordinator for the FIFA World Cup 26™ include:
  • Support the operational implementation and delivery of FIFA World Cup 2026™ Commercial Partner agreements at the venue level.
  • Coordinate with stadium Commercial Rights Delivery team and internal functional areas to support the delivery of Commercial Partner rights and obligations.
  • Support the implementation of clean site and Commercial Partner exclusivity measures across official sites.
  • Assist with the execution of stadium marketing projects, including Value-in-Kind activities, Special Marketing Programmes, and other partner initiatives.
  • Coordinate with marketing suppliers and support the delivery of their operational requirements and obligations.
  • Support the Commercial Rights Delivery team with additional projects and provide operational support to the wider venue team during the tournament period.
  • Assist with the preparation of tournament debrief materials and post-event reporting.
  • Perform any other duties as required.

Your Profile
Education & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or similar level of higher education

Work Experience
  • Prior experience with international or large-scale events is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Languages
  • Fluent in English. Spanish and/or French proficiency is a plus

Technology
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools
