As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant & Office Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the center of day-to-day operations.


This is not just a support role. This is a high-impact position focused on supporting executive leadership, managing office operations, and helping create a positive employee experience across the organization.


You will work closely with leadership while helping keep offices organized, operations running smoothly, and company events and employee experiences well executed.


What You Will Do:

Support Leadership (Executive Assistant)
Keep executive calendars organized and running smoothly in a fast-paced environment
Coordinate meetings, travel, and company events
Serve as a key point of contact on behalf of leadership
Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion


Run the Office (Office Manager)
Keep office environments organized, stocked, and operating efficiently
Manage vendors, facilities needs, and day-to-day office logistics
Coordinate snacks, meals, supplies, and employee experience details
Support onboarding logistics alongside HR and IT, including equipment setup and new hire coordination


Create the Experience (Events & Culture)
Help plan and execute team events, meetings, and company gatherings
Coordinate reservations, food, schedules, and event logistics
Support engagement and wellness initiatives that contribute to company culture and employee experience

Requirements

What We Are Looking For:

Bachelor's degree required 

3-6+ years of experience supporting executives, managing office operations, or both 

Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented 

Strong communication skills with a natural ability to build relationships 

Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 

A problem-solver who takes initiative and follows through 

Professional, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information
