Job Description
Job Title: Data Entry Coordinator Department: CPA
Reports to: CPA CFO
FLSA Status: Non-exempt, hourly
Job Summary:
Provide for the timely processing of orders, billing of customers, and assisting with other projects as needed.
Essential Duties:
1. Demonstrate support, encouragement, trust, respect, and tolerance toward all co-workers in the performance of duties in the delivery of services, and in the prioritization of tasks and workloads.
2. Demonstrate prompt and regular attendance.
3. Interact in a professional manner with all persons involved in CPA activities/services.
4. Maintain confidentiality of records and reports.
5. Work cooperatively with client system personnel and colleagues.
6. Model correct use of language, oral and written.
7. Follow professional practices consistent with CPA policies in working with client system personnel and colleagues.
8. Input orders, purchase orders, and any other necessary data to generate services provided by CPA.
9. Invoice CPA orders on a daily basis; email, fax or mail invoices to customers that are not automatically distributed via the MAS Paperless Office module.
10. Pull Accounts Receivable invoices to match payments submitted by Systems; Organize and submit to USDA Coordinator for deposit.
11. Know how to operate Zoom telephone and be prepared to handle calls in a professional manner.
12. Assist customers with information on products, delivery schedules, etc.
13. Maintain clear and concise โ€œStoryโ€ files in case someone has to substitute for you.
14. Abide by all safety and health guidelines.
15. Perform any other duties as assigned or directed by the CPA Director.
Additional Responsibilities:
A. Internal Operations
1. Record weekly attendance.
2. Attend and participate in staff meetings.
3. Participate in professional development, if applicable.
4. Perform other duties in internal operations as assigned.
B. Comply with agency and state administrative regulations, and CPA and Pioneer RESA Board of Control policies.
1. Conduct assigned duties in a timely manner.
2. Maintain accurate, complete and appropriate records and file reports promptly.
3. Attend and participate in meetings and activities according to CPA policy.
Qualifications, skills, and abilities:
1. Working knowledge of computers.
2. Possess working knowledge of business office routines and expectations.
3. Good interpersonal skills.
4. Additional training and expertise in accounting and computer programming and operation.
5. Such alternatives to the above as the CPA Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
Education and Experience:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Three to five years of experience in an office or business.

Performance of this job will be evaluated annually in accordance with provisions of the Pioneer RESA Board of Controlโ€™s policy on Personnel Evaluations.
