Dining Room Supervisor
Ponte Vedra Beach, FL Onsite
About This Role
Vicar's Landing is seeking a service driven Dining Room Supervisor to support front of house dining operations and ensure a positive dining experience for our members and guests. This role works closely with the Dining Room Manager and Assistant Dining Room Manager to supervise staff, coordinate daily service, and maintain high hospitality standards.
What You'll Do
  • Supervise dining room staff before, during, and after meals to ensure service standards and policies are followed
  • Assist with daily operations of the main dining room, including menu knowledge, side work, and cleaning assignments
  • Support scheduling, staffing coverage, and special functions as needed
  • Assist with POS operations to ensure accurate charges and timely close out
  • Conduct walk throughs of dining areas and communicate needs or issues to leadership
  • Enforce food safety, sanitation, and safety guidelines
  • Deliver service recovery and support members with professionalism and care

Skills You Need
Must Have Skills
  • One to two years of fine dining waitstaff and host/hostess experience
  • Strong hospitality, customer service, and communication skills
  • Ability to lead staff in a fast paced dining environment
  • Ability to lift service trays and stand for extended periods

Nice to Have Skills
  • Prior supervisory or lead dining experience
  • Experience in senior living, club, or hospitality environments

Education: Degree not required if you have relevant skills or experience.

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $19.00 to $21.00/hr
