Job Summary:
Anblicks is a company focused on delivering innovative data solutions, and they are seeking a Data Product Manager to define and drive the Client 360 product vision and strategy. The role involves end-to-end product ownership, cross-functional leadership, and collaboration with engineering teams to ensure the successful delivery of data products and capabilities.
Responsibilities:
• Define and drive the Client 360 product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap
• Establish a scalable, enterprise-grade client data foundation
• Identify and prioritize high-value use cases (reporting, analytics, automation, AI/ML)
• Evangelize the Client 360 vision across business and leadership stakeholders
• Own end-to-end delivery of the Client 360 data product lifecycle:
• Unified client profiles
• Cross-domain data models (sales, finance, engagement etc)
• Client hierarchies, relationships, and segmentation
• Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable product and data requirements
• Define KPIs, success metrics, and product SLAs
• Partner with senior stakeholders across:
• Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Finance, Operations
• Data Engineering, Architecture, Governance, and Analytics teams
• Act as a strategic bridge between business and technical organizations
• Influence decision-making at the leadership level
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design:
• Scalable data pipelines (ETL/ELT)
• Modern data architectures (lakehouse, warehouse)
• Real-time and batch processing capabilities
• Ensure alignment with enterprise data platforms (e.g., Azure, Snowflake, Databricks)
• Drive data governance frameworks for client data:
• Standard definitions, taxonomies, and metadata
• Data lineage, stewardship, and ownership
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with privacy regulations
• Manage master data and identity resolution strategies
• Enable advanced capabilities such as:
• Client performance dashboards and executive reporting
• Revenue and profitability insights
• Segmentation, trend analysis, and forecasting
• Partner with teams on AI/ML-driven use cases (e.g., client growth, churn, opportunity identification)
• Lead Agile delivery (backlog prioritization, sprint planning, releases)
• Manage trade-offs across scope, timeline, and quality
• Track adoption, usage, and business impact; iterate continuously
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in: Data Product Management / Product Management / Data & Analytics
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale data platforms or Client/Customer 360 solutions
• Strong understanding of: Data modeling, data warehousing, and distributed data systems
• ETL/ELT pipelines and integration patterns
• Hands-on experience with: SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
Preferred:
• Experience with Client 360 / Customer 360 / MDM (Master Data Management) initiatives
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics 365, etc.)
• Experience with modern data platforms: Azure Data Platform, Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric
• Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and compliance frameworks
• Agile/Scrum certification or strong Agile delivery experience
