Key Responsibilities:
  • Help develop compelling “jira stories” and UX that convey the relevant synthesized insights in a compelling manner to various internal stakeholders.
  • Co-ordinate & documenting with business stake holders for: requirement gathering, analysis, and preparing design documents
  • Enable the business to concentrate on driving results, through access to centralized self-service reporting and metrics, supporting a one version of the truth environment.
  • Analyze complex business problems and issues from scratch using data from internal and external sources to provide insights to decision-makers.
  • Identify the most relevant sources of data/information needed to address the key issues on a project.
  • Ability to walk through and analyze data with a view to deliver insights through excel reporting, PowerPoint presentations or displaying that data in a UI.
  • Data analytical ability to covert business ask into query logic to retrieve data to create reports and analysis based on business needs.
  • Collaborate with data owners to ensure reliable, accessible, high fidelity information within our tools, driving requirements through a focus on stakeholder needs.
  • Synthesize information across a wide variety of insight sources including Product Systems, SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Ability to create simple clickable/working prototypes is a strong plus.
  • Organized approach – with wiki documentation, detail jiras, project plans and sprint plans is Must.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering.
  • Data product management experience with proficiency in building data products, dashboards and ad hoc reports from complex data sets.
  • Past experience in Big data analytics using Hive / Presto / SQL
  • Past experience in PowerBI/ Tableau dashboarding
  • Advance experience is Jira is plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Must be a highly collaborative team player.
  • Able to communicate effectively with business stakeholders, engineers and users.
Compensation:
  • Up to $66.91 per hour.
