Job description

The New Store Analyst will prepare, track and report on orders for new, acquired, relocated and renovated O'Reilly Auto Parts retail locations. This position creates and assists with analysis on product orders for all new, acquired and relocated O'Reilly stores. This includes data entry, editing and releasing orders via internal and external means and analyzing processes for continuing improvements. Very deadline driven and must be able to handle multiple projects at the same time.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Create, edit and release orders for new, acquisition, renovated and relocated stores using software designed for this purpose and Excel.
Monitor a specific schedule for store installations and renovations to make sure all deadlines are met.
Analyze & process acquired store sales history when available.
Analyze challenging, complex projects and present recommendations that may arise during an installation and implement solutions.
Assist in maintenance and improvements of store types file.
Help develop and maintain documents & processes for the New Store team
SKILLS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
REQUIRED
Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent organization and time management skills
Experience with Microsoft Office
Attention to detail with high level of accuracy
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
DESIRED
One or more years' experience in the automotive aftermarket or O'Reilly Inventory Control functions
Advanced skills in both Word and Excel including queries
AS400 experience
