Position Overview

A growing technology company is seeking a hands-on Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead its software development team while helping scale the company's technology infrastructure for future growth. This role requires a leader with a strong software development background, proven people management experience, and the ability to build credibility with an established engineering team. The ideal candidate combines technical depth with strong communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Requirements

• Strong background in software engineering and application development

• Experience leading and managing software development teams

• Proven ability to mentor, coach, and develop technical staff

• Experience overseeing project prioritization, delivery timelines, and team accountability

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
