About the role:

Fairstone is looking for a Sr. Analyst, Marketing with 5+ years' B2B marketing experience to join our Marketing team. The successful candidate will execute marketing programs and projects for Fairstone's Retail Financing business line, as well as occasionally support marketing initiatives across automobile financing, credit cards and direct lending business lines.

What you'll do:

  • Execute marketing programs aimed at new and existing business partners in markets across Canada

  • In collaboration with retail financing Account Managers, strengthen partner relationships by participating in meetings and proposing the right mix/match of marketing assets and channels

  • Support teams across the organization for product launches, acquisition and retention efforts, and initiatives and communications aimed at enhancing partner and consumer experiences

  • Participate in the development of marketing plans, as well as activate tactics and report on their effectiveness

  • Direct creative agencies and collaborate with internal creative and sales teams to develop and update marketing programs, collateral and channels

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and update partner- and consumer-facing communications

  • Write, review and edit French and English copy for internal- and external-facing collateral, campaigns and channels

  • Update the financing promotion resource center website, which houses collateral and reference documents to help our partners promote financing to their customers

  • Ensure consistent use of name, logo and brand attributes and that the message and tone of all communications adhere to brand standards

  • Assist with developing and launching customer- and partner-experience surveys, as well as reporting on results and identifying areas for improvement

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to strengthen brand-related messaging, and provide insights to the product and sales teams to help them continually innovate

  • Comply with company policies and procedures, and uphold Fairstone's mission, vision and values

  • Maintain creative library and approval documentation

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing or communications experience with successful track record in tactical execution

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in journalism, communications, marketing

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment

  • Superlative writing and editing skills

  • Experience working with a creative team and external agencies, including creative, data and production vendors

  • Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Superb communication and diplomacy skills toward fostering positive relationships with peers, management, and partners

  • High degree of proficiency with the MS Office product suite

  • Financial services sector and/or B2B marketing experience are considered assets

  • Expected base salary range is $75,000 - $84,000, plus the opportunity to earn an annual incentive bonus tied to performance.
