The Project Coordinator will provide support to various Project Managers in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.  Attention to detail, a focus on quality, and the ability to multi-task are essential for this role. This position offers the opportunity to work in a variety of project areas, from mining to dams to emergency management.  Key Responsibilities
  • Will support project managers and technical staff to coordinate and deliver a variety of interesting environmental and geotechnical projects throughout the US.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Will reach out by phone and email to a variety of local, state, tribal and federal agency representatives.
  • Will schedule, coordinate and assist with the development of PowerPoint presentations for public meetings.
  • Attend meetings and develop minutes and action items, distribute to project team and track status.
  • Track project deliverables to meet deadlines.
  • Development and technical editing of memoranda, reports, letters, charts, graphs, and e-mail messages using Microsoft word processing, spreadsheet and data management applications.
  • Assemble, format and produce project deliverables for electronic and hard-copy delivery.
  • Interface professionally with project managers, clients and including but not limited to local, state, tribal and federal agency representatives.
  • Track incoming and outgoing project data.
  • Microsoft Teams and SharePoint site management.
  • Perform other miscellaneous tasks as requested.
Skills / Qualifications
  • 3 years + of professional experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organization and writing skills
  • Experience with common office software programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Highly organized, independently driven, and able to work with a variety of personality types and professional styles
  • Strong writing and document formatting skills a must
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to meet tight and sometimes fluctuating deadlines and be prepared to address last minute modifications
  • Must pass drug test and background check
