Roles & Responsibilities Sales & Pipeline Generation
  • Develop and execute outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn) to generate qualified opportunities
  • Conduct discovery calls and qualification meetings to convert leads into pipeline
  • Own end-to-end conference planning: target selection, attendee outreach, meeting scheduling, and onsite coordination
  • Partner with leadership to maximize conference ROI and secure high‑value meetings with healthcare executives
  • Maintain awareness of healthcare industry trends, challenges, and health system priorities
CRM & Sales Operations
  • Own Salesforce administration including pipeline tracking, reporting, and data integrity
  • Continuously optimize sales processes, workflows, and reporting dashboards
  • Utilize AI tools to scale recurring sales processes and delivery outputs
Marketing Coordination & Agency Management
  • Serve as the day‑to‑day internal point of contact for our external marketing agency
  • Organize priorities, gather feedback, track deliverables, and keep projects on time
  • Coordinate internal approvals and ensure the agency has what it needs to execute well
  • Help manage incoming marketing requests from across the organization
Sales Enablement & Content
  • Support updates to core sales assets: one‑pagers, decks, proof points, and customer‑facing materials
  • Partner with marketing to design and execute demand generation campaigns
  • Collaborate on the development of value‑proposition assets for EvidenceCare products
  • Support packaging and distribution of content across email, social, website, and other channels
  • Help draft, edit, format, or route marketing copy for review
Events, Logistics & Promotional Support
  • Assist with conference and event preparation: asset coordination, shipping, swag, registration, and follow‑up
  • Keep event timelines, checklists, and internal owners organized
  • Coordinate promotional materials and milestone gifting for clients, prospects, and internal initiatives
  • Support logistics for webinars, speaking opportunities, advisory groups, and other marketing‑related events
Customer Proof & Marketing Administration
  • Help maintain customer reference information, permissions, quotes, stories, and proof points
  • Track case study opportunities, logo usage approvals, and other advocacy‑related details
  • Support analyst forms, award submissions, list management, calendar tracking, and recurring marketing tasks
  • Assist with reporting prep and other administrative follow‑through
Requirements
  • Experience in sales, business development, or inside sales in a B2B environment
  • Strong communication, prospecting, and networking skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with healthcare C‑level executives on industry challenges and how EvidenceCare’s tools create value
  • Experience managing conference strategy and/or events
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities without losing quality
  • Proactive, resourceful, dependable, and self‑motivated with strong follow‑through
  • Comfortable utilizing AI tools (ChatGPT / Claude) to scale processes and output
Nice to Haves
  • B2B SaaS or healthcare marketing experience
  • Agency coordination or project management background
  • HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM familiarity
  • Canva, PowerPoint, or light design skills
  • Website or CMS editing experience
  • Strong comfort with spreadsheets and organization tools
Benefits
  • Competitive salary, annual bonus, and stock option opportunities
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Health, dental, vision, and life insurance
  • 401k plan
  • A fun, tight‑knit team that celebrates wins and life together
  • Professional development through conferences and online courses
