The Brand Specialist will support strategies and tactics to build the company's brand and reputation, as well as its marketing strategy. The person in this role will report to the Manager, Brand and will work closely with that individual, as well as the broader enterprise, to implement and maintain a clear, consistent brand voice and strategies.
Key responsibilities include ensuring brand alignment across properties and platforms; developing and distributing messaging for the brand; tactical execution and rollout of refreshed messaging; planning and executing on the department's master calendar; transforming ideas into compelling content; and forging trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
This is a full time, hybrid Brand Specialist role located in Brentwood, TN. This position reports in office on Tuesday and Wednesday.
What You'll Do
• Develop messaging and positioning that supports and differentiates Premise as a brand, cascading any changes via high-visibility assets to ensure consistency across internal and external communications channels
• Support regular updates to brand messaging, including presentations, data points and statistics, and larger content pieces
• Support execution of the brand's social media calendar, to include developing compelling copy, interacting with our audience, and collaborating across the enterprise to source strong content
• Support management of Premise's sub-brands, including enforcing brand guidelines, executing messaging updates, and developing collateral
• Contribute to the blog calendar and draft monthly posts based on brand or audience need
• Conceptualize, develop, and deliver a variety of brand-level content and assets, including web copy, voice and style guides, presentations, and case studies
• Support brand and market message by conducting research as required, developing and updating customer personas; creating and maintaining collateral for key audiences, and developing messaging frameworks for broad application
• May require other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of experience in professional B2B marketing
• Proven experience designing, implementing, and executing projects which involve numerous visual elements, stages, and stakeholders
• Experience in healthcare industry preferred
• Demonstrated ability to understand customers - their pain points, how and why they buy - to create innovative, engaging, and actionable strategies that supports the sales process
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Outstanding communication skills across numerous platforms including written, verbal, and multi-media (web, social, and video)
• Ability to build relationships across multiple groups and communicate confidently and effectively with both upper management and peers
• Excellent writer, proofreader, and copy editor
• Exceptional project management skills and experience with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Self-starter who can work both independently and as part of a team
• Solid business acumen, management, and problem-solving skills
