Job Description
  • Assist with editing and revising a broad variety of professional documents such as content, articles, and other publications for the social media team.ย ย 

  • Utilize Asana to review tasks and Slack to respond to messages.

  • Reviews graphics in Canva to ensure all ARO requirements are met.

  • Edit content according to specifications for style, tone, and length, while also ensuring correct use of grammar, punctuation, and spelling.

  • Ensure social media content meets style, formatting, and general quality standards.

  • Attend the monthly company meeting.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.ย 

Qualifications
  • Must be available to volunteer 8-10 hours a week

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills.

  • A team player with demonstrated experience working well with others.

  • Be a self-starter with excellent time management skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Behave professionally in manner and appearance.

  • Ability to anticipate and critically think through problems.

  • This role is best suited for individuals seeking a longer-term volunteer opportunity (12+ months preferred).
