Job Purpose
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for working with the marketing and sales teams to provide administrative and creative support. They are to work with the office and field to capture, create, communicate, and coordinate marketing initiatives and support growth.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Content capture via photography and videography;
  • Content production/creation, voiceovers, video editing, photo editing;
  • Graphic design and print production;
  • Copy writing for social media, email, blogs, and more;
  • Social media management and community engagement
  • Sales marketing administrative support (servicing sales team, creation of assets, creative need for the sales team (maps, handouts emails);
  • Research for sales and marketing materials;
  • Marketing services for the office (bulletin boards, coordination of marketing materials);
  • Gather visual inspiration and research industry or pop culture trends to support new campaign concepts
  • Assist with larger project coordination (tradeshows, lunch and learns, inter-office events [first Fridays, potlucks, culture capture] in house video production recap);
  • Data administration and asset management (HubSpot, Monday.com, Microsoft Teams);
  • Perform other duties as required.

Position Requirements
Qualifications
  • College degree preferred or equivalent experience in lieu of college degree required.
  • Design and/or photography portfolio submission strongly preferred;
  • Minimum 2 -3 years previous related experience;
  • Possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
  • Must be detail oriented and highly organized;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment;
  • Ability to interact professionally, both verbally and in writing;
  • Advanced computer skills required,
  • Hands-on experience with design and editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere Pro).
  • Must be proactive and solution oriented.

Working Conditions/ Physical Requirements
  • Requires extensive computer use for long periods of time;
  • Noise level is typically quiet in the office;
  • Noise level in the field varies, jobsite visits are required;
  • Required to stand, walk, use hands or fingers to probe, handle, or feel and reach with hands or arms;
  • Required to sit for long periods;
  • Required to drive for long periods to photo shoots;
  • Required to listen and respond in a professional manner;
  • Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25lbs;
