Los Milics Vineyards | Elgin, Arizona

Los Milics Vineyards is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented Line Cook to join our culinary team at our Elgin location. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and takes pride in creating a memorable guest experience through quality food execution, consistency, and attention to detail.

Located in the heart of Arizona wine country, Los Milics Vineyards offers a collaborative and creative environment focused on hospitality, wine, food, and elevated guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute menu items according to recipe and presentation standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations throughout service
  • Assist with prep work, stocking, and kitchen setup/breakdown
  • Work collaboratively with chefs and kitchen team members during service
  • Ensure food quality, consistency, and proper portioning
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
  • Support smooth daily kitchen operations and assist where needed
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a team-focused environment

Qualifications
