You love working in the kitchen and are responsible for the preparation, set up and execution of customer orders. You make sure that the quality and presentation standards of 3 Brasseurs are respected at every step of the preparation since You are committed to preparing impeccable dishes.

You main responsibilities

Preparation of the dishes ordered on your station in a high volume restaurant environment;

Preparing and setting up the different work stations;

Assist the Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations;

Cleaning of your station and participation in kitchen cleaning activities;

Respect of the health and safety standards established by the Company;

General cleaning during downtime;

Assist the dishwasher when required;

All other related tasks requested by the Chef de Cuisine;
