Preferred Qualifications of the Assistant Controller:

  • 5-7 years directly from Public Accounting with manufacturing related clients, experienced as a Manager level. OR

CPA with Five to seven years of hands-on accounting experience in a product-based environment (manufacturing, distribution, or similar)

  • Demonstrated leadership or management experience overseeing accounting staff
  • Strong systems aptitude; experience with large ERP implementations preferred
