Our client, a well-established, privately held organization with a global presence, is seeking a Controller to provide financial leadership across a significant and complex business operation. This is a high-impact opportunity for a finance leader with strong controlling, FP& A, financial planning, and business partnering experience who enjoys working closely with senior leadership and driving business performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own P& L, working capital, budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial performance
  • Oversee financial reporting, analysis, and performance management
  • Serve as a strategic finance partner to senior leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Drive process, reporting, and systems improvements across the finance function
  • Maintain strong financial controls, compliance, and adherence to U.S. GAAP and applicable accounting standards
  • Lead, develop, and mentor the finance team

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 7+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience
  • Experience leading finance teams
  • Strong FP& A, forecasting, and analytical skills
  • Strong U.S. GAAP and controls knowledge
  • ERP and advanced Excel experience
  • Comfortable operating in a matrixed environment


Preferred Qualifications:

  • CPA, CMA, or MBA
