The YMCA is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Gymnastics Coach to deliver a high-quality, safe, and competitive swim team program for all gymnastics levels.

What You'll Do
  • Creates and conducts gymnastics practices as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Assists other coaching staff in supporting practices, meets and other team activities, keeping the program goals in mind.
  • May maintain records as required (attendance, progress reports, etc.)
  • Actively promotes YMCA Character Development and Core Values.
  • Presents a professional image at all times.
  • Ensures compliance with all YGBW policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

What You'll Need
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Competitive gymnastics experience or gymnastics instruction experience highly preferred
  • Must be able to demonstrate gymnastics techniques
  • Obtain and maintain all new hires certifications and trainings within 90 days of hire
  • Any additional certifications as required by the YMCA or USAG.
