Experienced CNA / Concierge Caregiver - Part-Time
Location: Highlands Ranch, Colorado
Position Type: Part-Time / PRN
Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour, based on experience
About the Position
Interim HealthCare Staffing is seeking an experienced and highly dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in a specialized part-time support role.
This position is ideal for a CNA who is looking for more than a traditional facility assignment and has experience providing personalized, one-on-one and concierge-level care..
We're looking for someone who is confident, caring, flexible, and enjoys getting to know their clients. If you're the type of CNA who goes the extra mile and takes pride in making someone feel comfortable and cared for, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do
  • Provide compassionate, professional one-on-one care to clients in their homes,and other approved settings
  • Assist with new client openings and first shifts, helping ensure clients and families feel comfortable and supported
  • Provide care for clients recovering from surgery or other medical procedures
  • Support 24-hour and extended-care assignments
  • Assist with bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, eating, mobility, transfers, and other activities of daily living
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, shopping, and errands as appropriate to the client's care plan
  • Assist with client transportation or pick-up when assigned
  • Monitor and report changes in the client's condition
  • Take and document vital signs and other required care information
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow individualized care plans
  • Communicate effectively with management
  • Step in for open shifts or call-offs when coverage is unavailable
  • Maintain a professional, dependable, and client-focused approach at all times
  • Work closely with the CNA Scheduler to help maintain continuity of care and provide additional field support
This Position Is a Great Fit If You:
  • Are an experienced CNA who is confident working independently
  • Have home healthcare, private-duty, or one-on-one caregiving experience
  • Have experience with post-surgical clients or higher-needs clients
  • Are comfortable providing care outside of a traditional facility setting

CNA Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Active Nursing Assistant Certification in Colorado
  • Minimum of 1 year CNA experience
  • CPR certification
  • Knowledge of applicable state and federal healthcare laws and regulations
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned clients
  • Previous home healthcare, private-duty, or concierge care experience is preferred
