Hourly Wage: $26.48

The Concessions Supervisor position is responsible for supporting all concessions, vending, portable and in-seat service operations for Legends Hospitality.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in staffing, scheduling, training, and counseling of event staff

  • Directly managing event day staff while having direct interaction with customers

  • Maintain and control high volume food and beverage inventory, while ensuring consistent food and beverage quality.

  • Be aware of all applicable alcohol service laws and regulations, including Legends' and venue-specific policies. Enforces team member compliance with all proper procedures

  • Assists in maintaining high standards of sanitation and cleanliness, in accordance with Colorado and local health department regulations

  • Assists in training, safety, sanitation, and accident prevention controls within the kitchen and enforces all company standards

  • Ensure all cash handling procedures are documented and enforced

  • Ability to interact with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company standards, inventory, and cash control procedures

  • Conduct physical audit of inventory and product, research and perform reconciliation

  • Reports and documents hazardous conditions or unsafe practices within the work environment

  • Conduct meetings/pre-shifts to update staff on daily goals and objectives.

  • Other duties as assigned by the Concessions Manager, as well as Legends management

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Ability to read and understand a Banquet Event Order (BEO) and various menus, as well as how your role ensures that items arrive at the correct location.

  • TEAM Alcohol Server certification, or ability to complete training (offered at new hire orientation).

  • Willingness to work in an outdoor stadium subject to adversarial weather (ex. freezing temperatures, rain, sleet, snow & hot, mid-summer days)

  • Must be flexible to work extended hours due to business requirements, including late nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment

  • Must be able to work fluently in English

  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds (boxes, kegs, etc.) up and down stairs/ramps

  • Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time

  • Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training

  • Report all safety incidents (injuries and illnesses) into the company's risk management system (Origami Risk) on the same day that the safety incident has been reported to you.

  • Must have a working email to communicate with the Concessions and Legends management teams.

  • Must be available for the majority of Colorado Rapids games, which take place on Saturdays & Wednesdays:

  • July 22nd

  • August 1st, 15th, 19th, 29th

  • September 4th, 5th, 6th, 12th, 16th, 19th

  • October 10th, 14th, 24th, 31st.

  • Colorado Rapids 2 minor league games (Sundays)

  • Additional events & concerts may be added at a later date
