Position Overview
The Assistant Club Manager supports the Club Manager by overseeing daily club execution, programming, ambassador management, marketing initiatives, and the member experience. This role helps ensure the club operates efficiently while allowing the Club Manager to focus on membership sales, strategic growth, and business development.

Key ResponsibilitiesProgramming & Operations
  • Manage club programming — leagues, clinics, tournaments, camps, and special events — from planning through execution.
  • Identify programming gaps and launch new offerings that grow participation and revenue.
  • Coordinate coach and instructor schedules to ensure full program coverage.
  • Uphold facility standards and the member experience throughout daily operations.
  • Support inventory management, event execution, and ad hoc operational projects.
Ambassador & Marketing Support
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for club ambassadors.
  • Hold ambassadors accountable to quarterly objectives and contract expectations by tracking their activity.
  • Coordinate content collection, social media participation, and promotional initiatives with ambassadors and members.
  • Design marketing materials and promotional content using Canva.
  • Lead community outreach and member communications to strengthen club presence.
Membership & Administrative Support
  • Drive membership growth and retention through proactive member engagement and follow-up.
  • Manage leads, communications, and sales-related tracking using HubSpot.
  • Maintain accurate reports, trackers, and club data in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel.
  • Administer program operations, member accounts, and reporting through PlayByPoint.
Preferred Skills
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with Canva, HubSpot, Google Workspace and Sheets, or Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with social media, customer service, event coordination, or membership-based businesses.
