We are looking for Assistant Medical Clinic Manager to join our clinics! Our Assistant Medical Clinic Managers assist the Clinic Manager in a wide variety of administrative and supervisory duties. They serve as primary point of contact for all matters when the Clinic Manager is not available. The Assistant Clinic Manager is required to use independent judgment in the administrative supervision of clinic staff. They perform a variety of activities within the administrative scope of work. Administrative activities include but are not limited to supervision of clinic staff, staff training, and the effective management of patient problems. They are also responsible for ensuring adequate staffing levels are available daily, assuring that necessary data is collected and reported in a timely manner, and assuring that facility operation costs stay within available fiscal resources including on-going monitoring of monthly expenditures of the clinic. The Assistant Clinic Manager is responsible for ensuring accuracy of clinic documentation systems, overall efficiency of clinic operations and budget. Plus, other duties as assigned.

Associates degree in business or related field plus 2 years experience or relevant combination of experience and education.

Current certification/licensure appropriate to training (LPN, MA, etc.).
