Job Description

KRW is looking for a bright, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual to join the team as a Client Coordinator. We are a high-volume law firm with several office locations nationwide and are seeking a detail-oriented person who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:


Communicate between doctors’ offices and facilities to obtain medical documents

Update client information and databases

Work in person clinics as needed

Complete administrative tasks and facilitate communication between departments

Coordinate and assist in sorting, filing, faxing, and copying documents

Handle high volume of outgoing and incoming calls, addressing X-ray inquiries, scheduling, and providing case information.

Assists in all other duties as assigned

Qualifications:


Medical Terminology

Adobe

Strong attention to detail and organization

Ability to work independently

Ability to multitask and prioritize

Advanced experience in Microsoft Office programs

Pleasant, personable, and friendly attitude

Job Type: Full Time In Office Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5 pm
