What You Will Accomplish With Us

As a Transaction Support Clerk, you will be at the heart of our operations. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Index client documents received by email, fax, and mail into administrative systems and route them to the appropriate transaction teams.
  • Enter and update information in various systems.
  • Manage mail returned by Canada Post.
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail to the department.
  • Distribute daily reports to department employees.
  • Process cheque shipments according to established procedures.
  • Meet processing deadlines and quality standards associated with various tasks.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is able to travel regularly to the office.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
