Tu as de l’expérience en facturation, administration comptable, saisie de données ou traitement de transactions ?
Tu es une personne rigoureuse, méthodique et à l’aise pour vérifier des informations, identifier des écarts et assurer l’exactitude des dossiers ?

Une importante entreprise internationale du secteur agroalimentaire et des produits laitiers est actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) Commis à la facturation pour joindre son équipe située à Notre-Dame-de-Grâce, à Montréal.
Dans ce rôle, tu participeras principalement à la vérification de la facturation, au traitement et à la fermeture des chargements ainsi qu’à différentes tâches administratives et de gestion documentaire.

Tes responsabilités
  • Vérifier la facturation et assurer l’exactitude des informations avant la fermeture des chargements
  • Investiguer, analyser et résoudre les écarts ou différences identifiés dans les dossiers
  • Effectuer l’entrée et la mise à jour de données dans les systèmes internes
  • Préparer, classer et archiver différents documents ainsi que fournir des copies d’anciennes factures
  • Maintenir les dossiers et listes d’archives à jour et participer à la gestion et à la destruction des documents
  • Effectuer différentes tâches administratives connexes à la demande du superviseur
Profil recherché
  • Expérience en facturation, comptabilité, administration, saisie de données ou dans un environnement transactionnel similaire
  • Excellente attention aux détails et capacité à effectuer des vérifications avec précision
  • Autonomie, jugement et capacité à investiguer et résoudre des écarts avec un minimum de supervision
  • Capacité à travailler efficacement dans un environnement structuré comportant des tâches répétitives et un volume régulier de transactions
Qualifications
  • Formation en comptabilité, administration ou domaine connexe, ou expérience équivalente

A major international company in the food and dairy industry is currently looking for a Billing Clerk to join its team in Notre-Dame-de-Grâce, Montreal.
In this role, you will primarily support billing verification, load processing and closure, as well as various administrative and document management tasks.
