We are seeking a Bilingual Office Assistant/Customer Service (English/Chinese/Vietnamese) to join our team! You will perform inside sales, clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Process orders following the company policy
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- A bachelor degree or 2 years experience in customer service, office administration or other related fields required
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Experience with ERP system (QuickBooks, Sage 100, ...etc.) is highly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- English is a must, bilingual in Vietnamese or Chinese required
