Zur direkten Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung suchen wir eine strukturierte, vertrauenswürdige und proaktive Persönlichkeit als Executive Assistant CEO (m/w/d). In dieser Rolle arbeitest Du eng mit dem CEO zusammen und übernimmst eine zentrale Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Geschäftsführung, internen Fachbereichen, externen Geschäftspartnern und Gesellschafter-/Gremienstrukturen. Du sorgst für Klarheit, Verbindlichkeit und Struktur im Tagesgeschäft und trägst dazu bei, Entscheidungsprozesse vorzubereiten, Prioritäten nachzuhalten und die Umsetzung wichtiger Themen effizient zu begleiten. Die Position erfordert ein hohes Maß an Diskretion, Eigenverantwortung, Organisationsstärke und unternehmerischem Verständnis.

Dein Profil:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Assistenzfunktion auf Geschäftsführungs-, Vorstands- oder Bereichsleitungsebene
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick und sehr gutes Prioritätenmanagement
  • Hohe Diskretion, Loyalität und Verlässlichkeit im Umgang mit vertraulichen Informationen
  • Sicheres Auftreten sowie sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch und Englisch

  • Direkte Unterstützung des CEO im operativen Tagesgeschäft
  • Professionelles Termin-, Reise- und Prioritätenmanagement
  • Vorbereitung, Koordination und Nachbereitung von Meetings, Geschäftsleitungsrunden und Gremienterminen
  • Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Präsentationen, Entscheidungsvorlagen, Protokollen und Management-Unterlagen
  • Nachhalten von Aufgaben, Maßnahmen und Entscheidungen aus Meetings und Projekten
  • Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Geschäftsführung, Fachbereichen, externen Partnern und Gesellschaftern
  • Strukturierung und Koordination vertraulicher Informationen und Dokumente
  • Übernahme organisatorischer und administrativer Sonderaufgaben im Executive Office
