Sisters Saloon & Ranch Grill is seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Line Cook to join our kitchen team. We?re looking for someone who is disciplined yet diplomatic?someone who takes pride in their work, stays positive under pressure, and enjoys being part of a strong, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with daily kitchen operations and support overall staff management

Work alongside the Chef on weekly inventory and product management

Perform prep work including vegetable prep (peeling, slicing, dicing, portioning)

Prepare sauces, stocks, dressings, vinaigrettes, and emulsifications

Execute line cooking while guiding and supporting other cooks

Plate dishes to meet chef specifications and presentation standards

Assist with banquet plating and high-volume service execution

Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas including equipment, floors, coolers, and freezers

Follow all food safety and sanitation standards (SafeStaff compliance)
