Responsibilities Assist the Family Service Counselors with interment verifications, blind checks and memorials. Build at‐need charts. Verify at‐need files before sending for verification. Perform blind checks. Follow up with memorial renderings, processes and timelines. Notify families when flowers are placed. Set Arrangement Continuation Appointments. Design memorials. Serve at‐need cemetery families that currently own property. Set follow‐up visits at the at‐need arrangement conference. Log information for Family Service Counselors. Meet with funeral home at‐need families. Qualifications Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Certification: Certified in all processes and procedures as it relates to the family service guidebook, interment verification, blind check (I.R.L.A., I.O.A., etc.). Experience: None. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Ability to communicate effectively with associates, contractor personnel and client families. Ability to work productively with minimal supervision and achieve work objectives in a timely manner. Ability to resolve routine problems promptly and effectively. Ability to adapt to changes in priorities. Compensation: $40,000 to $80,000 targeted compensation (with higher earnings potential based on exceptional performance).
