Royal Caribbean Group's SSO Strategy & Analysis Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Lead, ERP Procurement reporting to the Director, Supply Chain Systems.
This position is onsite and based in Miramar, Florida.
Position Summary
The Lead, ERP Procurement is a strategic contributor responsible for supporting and optimizing procurement operations within an enterprise ERP environment. This role focuses on understanding business needs, configuring procurement modules, and implementing system enhancements to improve efficiency, ensure compliance, and enhance user experience. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions within the ERP environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Analyze procurement-related business requirements and translate them into ERP system configurations and enhancements.

  • Support and continuously optimize ERP Procurement modules, including Purchasing, Supplier Management, Sourcing, and Self-Service Procurement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams-such as Finance, IT, and Supply Chain-to deliver scalable, sustainable, and integrated procurement solutions.
  • Manage procurement-related system upgrades, testing, and deployment activities to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
  • Provide comprehensive end-user support, training, and documentation to promote effective system utilization and adoption.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements aligned with industry's best practices and evolving business needs.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, corporate policies, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve procurement-related system issues promptly to maintain business continuity.
  • Partner with IT and functional teams to support seamless integrations with other Oracle Cloud modules (e.g., Finance, Projects, Inventory).
  • Lead data migration, cleansing, and validation efforts during system implementations, upgrades, or process improvements.
  • Assist with SOX audit activities, ensuring compliance and accurate tracking of procurement-related expenses.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills
  • Proven experience with ERP systems in procurement, preferably Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and industry best practices.
  • Ability to configure and support procurement modules within an ERP environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Excellent knowledge of supply chain management processes
  • Oracle Cloud Certification(s) in relevant modules.
  • Experience with integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Familiarity with Agile or DevOps methodologies.
  • Experience in change management and user training.
  • Ability to perform analytics and proficient in Hyperion & Power BI
