Familiarity with CAD software, GIS systems, and relevant engineering codes or certifications (such as FE or local equivalents) is often required. What are Assistant Caribbean Engineers?

Assistant Caribbean Engineers are entry-level or junior engineers who support senior engineers in designing, maintaining, and improving infrastructure projects within the Caribbean region. Their responsibilities often include assisting with project planning, conducting field surveys, preparing technical reports, and ensuring that projects comply with regional standards and environmental regulations. They typically work under the supervision of licensed engineers and may be involved in sectors such as transportation, water resources, and construction. This role provides valuable hands-on experience and is a common starting point for engineers pursuing a career in the Caribbean.
