Overview
Upscale Home Care is seeking to hire a DCW-Direct Care Worker to care for senior/disabled individuals in their homes. This position of a DCW-Direct care worker requires responsible, dedicated workers, who are interested in providing for the comfort and well- being of others and see that their needs are met.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the client with daily personal care such as dressing, grooming, bathing, and meal preparation.

  • Perform light housekeeping around the client's home to maintain a healthy, clean, and safe environment.

  • Engage your client in meaningful activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being.

  • Provide companionship and support with warmth and sensitivity to ensure the comfort and happiness of those in your care.

Requirements

  • CPR Certification

  • First Aid Certification

  • Finger check clearance card

Qualifications

  • Strong observational skills to monitor client health effectively.

  • Ability assist clients with mobility safely while maintaining their dignity.
